Jim Miller Defeated Melvin Guillard by Submission 2:04 1st Round
Prediction: Miller by Submission 2nd Round

What Happened: If you were banking on Jim Miller to win this fight it probably went pretty much as expected.  Aside from some flying knees Guillard somewhat played a patient game early on but he still was able to tag Miller with a left hook that sent Miller to the mat.  Guillard smartly let Miller get back to his feet and by that point Miller was looking for the takedown after getting a taste of Guillard's power.  Guillard again was able to connect with a punch and a knee but was able to work the fight to the ground.  From there there was a scramble which allowed Miller to get Guillard's back as they stood up Miller was then able to lock in a rear naked choke which sent the fight back to the mat and forced Guillard to tap.

Josh Neer defeated Duane Ludwig by Submission 3:04 1st Round
Prediction: Ludwig by Decision
Fight Rating: $$1/2
What Happened: Neer was able to survive an early attack from Ludwig which was highlighted with some crisp knees in the clinch.  As predicted though Neer was able to take the fight to the ground if he felt Ludwig had the advantage on the feet.  Ludwig tried to get to his feet after the takedown which opened up his neck which Neer took a hold of quickly and put Ludwig asleep almost instantly.

Mike Easton defeated Jared Papazian by Majority Decision (29-28, 30-27, 29-29)
Prediction: Easton by TKO 2nd Round
Fight Rating: $$1/2
What Happened: In a mostly standup battle it was Easton who continued to push forward and land the bigger shots through out the fight.  To Papazian's credit he was game and did not back down from Easton's attack.

Pat Barry defeated Christian Morecraft by TKO 3:38 1st Round
Prediction: Barry by TKO 1st Round

What Happened: Not surprisingly Pat Barry again found him self in trouble with submissions but for once the striker found a way to escape and keep the fight in his world.  From there Barry used a nice jab and leg kicks which eventually lead to a great thunderous left hook to Morecraft that sent him crashing to the mat, Barry quickly followed up with some hard strikes that ended Morecraft's night early.
