May 10th 2002 UFC 37: High Impact took place. Main Event was Murilo Bustamante vs Matt Lindland this bout is infamously known as the "double tap" fight. Bustamante had Lindland locked in an arm bar and released it because of what was thought to be a tap from Lindland. Lindland claimed it wasn't a tap and the fight was restarted which Bustamante ended up winning (again) by a guillotine choke.
May 11th 2008 Dream 3 took place. Event was highlighted by the 2nd Round of the Lightweight tournament with Caol Uno beating Mitsuhiro Ishida by rear naked choke in the 2nd Round. Over tournament winners were Tatsuya Kawajiri and Eddie Alvarez. Also victorious on the card were Jason Miller, Nick Diaz and Melvin Manhoef.

May 9th 1979 Gray Maynard- |The Bully| is a former Ultimate Fighter Season 5 contestant has a career record of 12-0-1. The Extreme Couture member is the only fighter to defeat current UFC Lightweight Champion Frankie Edgar he also fought Edgar to a draw in his last outing which is considered to be one of the top fights of 2011. Maynard will get another shot at Edgar's title May 28th 2011. Other notable victories for Maynard include Kenny Florian, Nate Diaz and Jim Miller.
May 14th 1979 Urijah Faber- "The California Kid" is the former WEC featherweight champion who now competes in the UFC's bantamweight division. Faber has amassed an impressive 28-4 career record while headlining along with Jose Aldo the only WEC PPV he has noted wins over Eddie Wineland in his UFC debut, Jens Pulver (twice), Current UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz, and Jeff Curran.
May 9th 1983 Shinya Aoki- The "Tobikan Judan" is the current Dream Lightweight champion and former Shooto Middleweight champion. Holding a career record of 27-5 with 17 of those victories coming way of submission. A consensus top 10 lightweight has what is considered the first Gogoplata submission win in MMA competition which was against Joachim Hansen. Aoki has notable victories over Eddie Alvarez, Tatsuya Kawajiri, Vitor Ribeiro, and Gesias Cavalcante.
